1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Only size issues, wrong product received, or damaged product are eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange is allowed one time per order.

Non-exchangeable items:

  • Products purchased during sale/offer

  • Custom-stitched blouses or fall/pico services

  • Gift cards


2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong product or damaged/defective product delivered.

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Once the product is inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

Refund Mode

  • For prepaid orders: refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders: refund will be issued as a store credit/coupon code.

  • Refund is initiated within 3–7 working days after quality check.

Refund Not Applicable If:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Saree has stains, perfume smell, or any alterations

  • Order was placed during sale, festive offer, or special promotion

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
