At Rama Laxmi, we aim to offer premium quality sarees and a smooth shopping experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Exchange, Return & Refund policy below.
1. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Only size issues, wrong product received, or damaged product are eligible for exchange.

Exchange is allowed one time per order.
Non-exchangeable items:

Products purchased during sale/offer
-
Custom-stitched blouses or fall/pico services
-
Gift cards
2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for wrong product or damaged/defective product delivered.

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Once the product is inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
Refund Mode

For prepaid orders: refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders: refund will be issued as a store credit/coupon code.

Refund is initiated within 3–7 working days after quality check.
Refund Not Applicable If:

Product is used or damaged by the customer

Tags or packaging are missing

Saree has stains, perfume smell, or any alterations

Order was placed during sale, festive offer, or special promotion
